I delivered a pitch about my organisation and represented them during the training. Networked between the host organisation and Ad Meritum Foundation, at the same time organised invoices, contracts, and bureaucracy for the company. Managed a group of trainees using teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.

EXPERIENCE

E-Commerce Associate | MegaMac | June 2023 – Present

  • Managed stock, placed supplier orders and contacted the warehouse

  • Cooperated with suppliers to update customers on the ETAs for incoming products

  • Managed company’s Shopify account – processed returns/refunds, sent checkout links and monitored the abandoned checkouts to boost sales

  • Prepared the email newsletter on Mailchimp

  • Created a social media content calendar and managed the company's LinkedIn and Instagram

  • Wrote and coded (HTML) the company’s blog to support the marketing and sales

  • Handled bills and invoices, updated documentation in the Excel spreadsheet and Xero Accounting Platform

MOTIVATIONS

I am a very ambitious person who is constantly looking for new opportunities. Thanks to my Erasmus journey I found love in travelling, communication, and networking. As a young girl, I was in an advertising-profiled class in my high school. It has given me first insights into marketing, designing and campaign management. I was lucky to create my life path at such an early age, at 16 years old. Now, I’m on my way to finish my master’s in digital marketing. However, I’m a big fan of freedom and creativity, and my BA in Business and Entrepreneurship pushes me to start something on my own.  Beyond my professional pursuits, I'm a passionate traveller, theatre and ballet enthusiast, baking and cooking lover, and recent F1 racing fan.
