1:1 MENTORSHIP

Mentoring facilitates knowledge and experience transfer, empowers mentees in their learning journey, boosts self-esteem and confidence, and provides guidance for effective learning. Mentors also aid mentees in finding belonging and connections in their careers and workplaces. Last year alone, 35+ mentees from all over the world participated in our 1:1 mentorship programme.
