Women supporting women is for everyone, no matter their age or background. It's about women coming together to help and encourage each other. We celebrate our differences and lift each other up, making sure everyone feels included and valued. We’ve experienced this first hand through our mentorship program. When women support each other, it's like giving each other a big confidence boost. We cheer each other on and remind each other how awesome we are. That helps young women feel good about themselves and their abilities. And it keeps older women feeling connected and purposeful, knowing they're making a difference.
