Diana moved from Latvia to London for work 3 years ago. Has over 15 years of experience in digital space: starting at digital marketing agencies, then deepening knowledge of social platforms from a client perspective in different industries like luxury jewellery, e-comm, FinTech etc. Finally, closing full cycle by working on a platform side for Facebook and Snapchat. In Snap, Diana was also elected to co-lead SnapWomen supporting women in a professional environment through DEI efforts. Being dyslexic with ADHD, she is a huge advocate for neurodiversity. Diana learned a lot through her professional and personal journey. Now, she is helping companies to make the workplace a better place to work through DEI strategies and employee retention.
